Acquisition of Quality CA (Current Account) Accounts-Qualified & Activated NTB CA Accounts (In Nos.)2. Acquisition of Quality Higher CA variants-Acquisition of Qualified andActivated Higher CA variants3. Acquisition of CA Values-CA AMB acquired in accounts sourced duringthe month (In Rs)4. Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold,Trade/FX, Assets products5. Maintaining good relationship with the customers6. Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines7. Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk8. Comply with Banks policies and processes+. Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriatesolutions to address the concerns10. Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets11.Ensure timely submission of MIS reportsProfileEducation:1. Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)2. AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantagePast Experience: 0 - 5 yearswork experience in Banking & Financial Services OrganizationsOther Aspects / Skills:-1 Good written and verbal communication skills2 Fully conversant with MS Office3 Excellent networking & interpersonal skills4 Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance5 Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking orBranch Banking Knowledge of regulatory guidelines Education: UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
