Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, driving sales operations, and managing channel sales. The role requires engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing product recommendations to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
Proficiency in customer service and lead generation to build and maintain relationships
Experience in sales operations, including managing daily sales activities and meeting targets
Familiarity with channel sales and managing distributor networks is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
