Role: Sales Officer Credit Card
Job Description:
• Deliver assigned targets as communicated
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements and meeting regular sales targets assigned
• The primary expectation from the role is that candidate must be on the field for Sales and keep getting more customers for the Bank
• The candidate must be able to identify new avenues of business for achieving the Sales numbers assigned every month
• Cold calling & Lead generation.
• Offering first level after-sales support services.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data and come for reviews as and when required by the seniors
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit.
• Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank
• Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to
• present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Graduate Degree
• Good communication skills
• Willing to Travel extensively
• Should be able to interact with new customers everyday
• Should have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service orientation, Negotiation and Persuasion skills & Relationship building Skills,
• Organized and Result-orientation.
• Good time management skills, Selling skill, Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable with doing field visit
