The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Sales Officer who genuinely believes in what they sell.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves meeting new people and building meaningful professional relationships
Enjoys travel, events, conversations, and representing a product with confidence
Is excited by innovative technology and eager to learn fast
Believes sales should be ethical, authentic, and value-driven
You’ll work closely with leadership, technical teams, and customers to bring Effica to organisations that truly need it.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across organisations
Confidently present and pitch Effica in meetings, events, and demonstrations
Understand customer needs deeply and align Effica’s capabilities to real outcomes
Encourage prospective clients to trial and adopt the platform
Use professional sales CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and follow-ups
Contribute to sales strategy and planning with the broader team
Communicate customer insights and feedback back to the technical and product teams
Represent Effica professionally at events, meetings, and online (including LinkedIn)
