1. Managing project sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
2. Meeting planned sales goals.
3. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
4. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
5. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
6. Coordinating with Senior on lead generation.
7. The ongoing training of your sales team.
8. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

10. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
11. Implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
12. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
13. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
14. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
