Job Description of Sales & Marketing Officer Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance with their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. • Experience in taking government approvals. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient coordination of sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales reports, and contracts. • Handsome experience in Marketing for the products. • Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations. • Coordinate with internal departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. • Support the sales team in organizing and attending meetings, conferences, and trade shows. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination, preferably in Iron and Steel, TMT industry preferred • Preferred from TMT manufacturing company. • Must have knowledge of taking government approvals as well (If required). • Any Bachelor's or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. • Knowledge of sales & and marketing techniques and familiarity. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure
