1. Ability to handle outbound & inbound sales calls.
• Ability to create reports and deliver them to supervisor from time to time.
• Maintain consistent contact and provide sales & service to all ( Super stockiest & Distributors) in his specific assigned region.
• Assist ASM with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.
• Achieve sales revenue, budget, and profit goals for your assigned region.
• Achieve in managing monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales targets.
• Regular contact with retailers, distributors, and super stockiest to ensure seamless continuity of efforts.
• Identify and track all FMCG trends and issues, i.e, retail growth, distributors changes, super stockiest opportunity, etc.
• He should have the knowledge of FMCG sector.
