Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for meeting Sales Targets in the assigned territory from existing as well as new Customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of Customer Orders, coordinating Technical Trials and maintaining an ongoing healthy relationship with Customers to sustain & enhance high Customer Satisfaction levels. The position is also responsible for timely collection of payments from Customers.
Responsibilities
A) Customer / Order Acquisition
● Seeking new customers from external sources including references from existing customers.
● Following up on leads received from Sales Manager & other internal sources.
● Building an order pipeline to meet/exceed planned revenue targets.
● Acquiring orders from customers & communicating the same to CRM for timely fulfillment.
● Co-ordinating New Projects:
-Obtaining complete information about the Clients’ requirements and communicating the same to
R& D Executive.
-Co-ordinating with the R & D Executive, Sales Manager and Customer to ensure trials are done on schedule.
B) Co-ordinating New Projects
C) Order Fulfilment
D) Receivable Management
E) Customer Engagement
Experience & Qualifications Required :
● B.Sc. Chemistry/B Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or M Sc Chemistry.
● 2-6 years of Sales experience in the Chemical industry.
● Experience of Speciality Chemicals/Personal care Product Sale will be an advantage.
Functional Skills:
● Must be proficient in Corporates Sales (B2B Sales).
● Must be well versed with the assigned Products.
● Must be well versed with Industry Trends – Chemical/ Speciality chemicals.
