• Building a strong relationship with the Banking Partner
• Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
• Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
• Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
• Work from tie up partners of Company.
• Responsible to manage relations with Banca partners, especially with a bank employee.
• To close the leads provided by the Relationship Manager of Bank Partner.
• Must be ready to earn incentives
Required Candidate Profile
• Any graduate with 6+ month sales experience
• BFSI experience prefers
• Good communication skill
• Should have a vehicle
• AGE : 21 to 38
