A flair for sales and marketing is mandatory.Sales Officer - Gold LoanJob Description:• To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.• Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.• To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.• Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.• Candidates with Gold Loan experience are preferred.Eligibility• Candidate should have a regular degree (Candidates with distance education may refrain from applying)• Candidate should have a flair for marketing & Sales• He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC
