Designation: Sales Officer (SO)
Responsibilities :
Salesmen need to have thorough Knowledge of the Jewellery Products and their variant's weights & prices.Attending walk-in customers.Displaying various jewellery items.Listen to customer requirements and present the appropriate products.Building good relationships with customers.Taking charge and responsibility for the assigned counter at the showroom.Handling of products (stock) day to day.Represent the company at trade events and exhibitions .Be on a sales mission.
Qualification & Skills Required:
Prior experience in a customer service retail environment.Retail experience in a high-volume Jewellery company is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.Good communication SkillsMust be active and Possess a sales attitude.Any graduate.
