The role holder isrequired to meet his/ her targets through generation of new leadsand managing and building relationship with customers mapped tothem in order to cross sell Financial Servicesproducts

Business Targets:
Achievement of business targets for all financial products asdefined and agreed upon.
Meet customers tosell all financial products Meet &counsel Walk -in & DSA customers who have been referred tohim / her by HDFC Limited Influencecustomers to buy FD who have no prior HDFC Depositrelationship.
Ensure proper customerprofiling on each call / customer visit, to identify and understandhis/her needs and accordingly recommend investment and Insuranceoptions.
Obtain appropriate documents /information from the client and ensure the forms are duly completedbefore logging the sale. Communicate thenecessary details to the customers for the products being bought bythem. Ensure sale is completed through / inline with the defined sales process.
Maintain product mix across types of loans / value of loans ( Eqt,Housing, etc)and appropriate open marketshare for all products ( PAR / ULIP / NonPar).
Co-ordinate for all claims processing(with the help of TM/ ASM/ Coordinators / SMrepresentatives). Closely monitor the HLdata of the HL executives mapped to maximize the businessopportunities. Ensure maximum joint callswith each HL executive mapped.
Ensure thatall reports are created and maintained in a timely manner (DSR,Sales Dairy, etc.) Ensure that all documentsare properly scanned and there is no mistakes while lead updationinthe system.
Becompletely aware of the products being offered by the company andunderstand competitionoffering to be able tohandle customer objections.
Be updated withthe latest product features to enhance his / her sellingabilities Ensure all desired matrix andbusiness composition (persistency, funded, non funded, etc.)aremet2.
Relationship
Building:
Manage relationship with HLexecutives mapped to him / her.
Maintaingood relations with HDFC Limited Maintaingood relationship with Channel partners &DSA Build relationship with the assigned /sourced customer to create opportunities forvariousproducts to fulfil the customer sfinancial needs.3.
Account Management& Servicing:
Manage and service theexisting customer portfolio. Coordinate withthe TM / Coordinator / SM for post sales service request form thecustomers(claims, endorsements, policy copyetc). Timely sharing of updated reports withthe customers on products being bought bythem. Co-ordinate with the customers at thetime of renewals.4.
Certification andregulatory compliance:
Be compliant towardsselling of various products by undergoing the training andcertification forIRDA, AMFI etc towardsselling of insurance and any other productsThe FSA has to be conscious and vigilant towards declaration of thecustomer information.
Incase FSA feels thereis disconnect in the information shared by customer versushis/herobservation, they need to crosscheckthe information before booking the business.
