Job Description
1. Sales Target achievement- Achieving sales targets of given territory.
2. Collection- Collection of outstanding due from Institution Customers/DSA.
3. DSA service– To attending to problems regarding Service, Invoice, etc.
4. Market feed back- Collecting market feed back & submit report.
5. Competitors activity - Monitoring competitor’s activity, schemes and pricing.
6. Technical knowledge– To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.
7. Product visibility- Responsible for arranging product display at his DSA outlets, also to display POP materials.
8. Publicity- Arranging local ad publicity needed by the DSA.
+. Network expansion - To appoint New DSA. To conduct market survey to expand network and send reports. To Contact different Institutions (Builders, Hotels, Hospitals etc.) in given territory for Project Orders.
10. Site Inspection- To visit Customer’s site for site inspection & selection.
11 Performance Review meeting - To attend performance review meeting at branch every month to discuss about performance, problems & corrective action.
12. Frequency of DSA visit – To make 7 visits daily (DSA / Project Sites etc.) as per the norms. Local DSA minimum once a week, outstation DSA minimum once a month.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
