This role will have an emphasis on managing strong Salesforce data integrity and our Partner facing processes. While providing a seamless CrowdStrike experience for our partners, the successful candidate will have the ability to constantly improve our operations, build scalability and be the partner advocate. Your primary responsibilities include:Additional Responsibilities: Manage Deal Registration program for an assigned regionManaging day-to-day requests from Partners, Partner Managers, and Sales teams as it relates to Deal RegistrationAssist and guide the Sales and Alliances team on accurate deal registration processMaintain SLAs for Deal Registration program and escalate when appropriateBeing able to detect anomalies between day-to-day operations and the overall dataPreparing metrics and KPIs to share with managementEnsure all partner deals are properly categorised and correct partner attribution is tagged to maintain integrity of the CrowdStrike Elevate Partner program, ensure proper compensation and reporting accuracyWorking in partnership with Alliances leaders to ensure weekly / quarterly deal registration targets are metWork in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritise requestsMaintain proper communication to all stakeholders in a professional and timely mannerWhat You'll Need: Bachelor's degree.4 years+ of relevant Sales Ops experienceStrong analytical background and ability to flush out anomaliesBe a self-starter, detail-oriented, and operationally-mindedExcellent presentation and communication skillsExpertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, SalesforceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity.Shift Timing: 5.00 pm to 2.00 am (USA Shift, Additional Shift Allowances only for this shift)#LI-AP2Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangementsComprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoptionA variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed.
