We are looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to join our WW Reporting team, reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations in Bangalore, India. In this remote role, you will meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Sales team by providing business analytics and insights focused on key trends and KPIs. You will own the administration and automation of sales analytics across , Clari, and Tableau platforms and implement analytics around key initiatives such as new logo, tech refresh, SaaS, and channel programs.

You're the ideal candidate if you are an analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets and offer a high degree of focus on data and processes to enable scale, efficiency, and customer centricity. You have a strong understanding and passion for the SaaS domain and develop analytics to track critical corporate metrics.

What you'll do:
• Publish formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity
• Report status and support company-wide metrics (Objectives and Key Results)
• Execute cadence for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics, report on pipeline generation and source of business
• Lead initiatives to actively review and improve sales analytics and dashboards
• Implement analytics around key initiatives such as new logo, tech refresh, SaaS and channel programs
• Support the recurring reporting requirements for QBRs, board meetings and regional reviews
• Execute the evolution of data structures and company metrics for WW Field Operations and Sales and assist with changes to coverage models and associated data requirements
• Document essential processes and engagement rules and assist in enforcing those processes
• Design and improve data quality within the company
• Optimize the Sales Rep, Manager, and Sales Ops experience in Salesforce and Clari and train the field organization on reporting processes/data change management

What you'll bring:
• 6+ years' experience in a business analytics role in the high-tech industry
• Strong understanding and passion for the SaaS domain and develop analytics to track critical corporate metrics ACV / ARR / Upsells & Cross-sells
• Demonstrated ability to represent the data, insights and tell the story
• com experience and Tableau, or similar BI application experience required
• Experience in Sales Finance is a plus
• Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast moving environment
• Bachelors/Master's degree in CS, CE, EE, or equivalent preferred

• Successfully integrated into the team and developed an understanding of the Infoblox GTM strategy and sales leadership requirements
• Have obtained a working knowledge of the data infrastructure platforms
• Utilize the data to build analytical models, influencing key business trends and decisions

After about a year, you will...
• Integrate your knowledge into representing leading trends and insights of the business
• Provide recommendations on areas of data quality improvement and scalability
• Coordinate data enrichment activities with internal teams
• Lead key initiatives such as territory modeling with the leadership teams
