Job Description
● Finding leads (potential clients) from various online sources and adding those clients to our CRM.
● Act as a Point of Contact with the clients for negotiating contracts for special pricing or sales priority request.
● Ensuring timely collection of revenue from the clients by raising timely invoices.
● Maintaining the sales-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation.
● Onboarding new clients onto TopHire by creating their profile and sending out client credentials.
● Meeting sales projections, generating ongoing sales opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals.
Qualifications-
● Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 1+year of experience in Sales/Customer Service related roles.
● Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
● Should have strong orientation towards Sales, Research and Market dynamics.
● Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Products.
● Adapt quickly to new technologies and software
