Key Responsibilities:
• Assist to build and standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
• Support sales spiff programs by updating performance, reporting and communication to participants to drive success
• Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization to enhance sales productivity
• Develop sales-related resource documents, including instruction guides, procedures and policies.
