Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. Requirements
Our sales team is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations specialist to contribute to our growing and talented sales team. Sales operations is the backbone of our sales team's success. We work cross functionally to optimize key processes and sales activities, and efficiently resolve contract, billing and reporting questions. Sales Operations team members will learn the entire business and become an expert in accounting automation.
Ultimately, the ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly switch gears between projects to accommodate our fast-paced environment and provide quick ticket problem-solving. What You’ll Do:
• Create and manage our CRM reports and dashboards to provide management with insightful data on sales, team performance and other core metrics
• Interface with
• Regularly audit our CRM opportunities to ensure data is accurately input and updated; maintaining proper data hygiene is a crucial priority
• Develop a strong understanding of Docyt’s products and services in order to support the sales team with quote and agreement generation
• Provide ad-hoc support to Sales Operations leadership to ensure operational gaps are closed and other departments have the tools, resources and data necessary to succeed
• Quickly adapt to changes in process and technology, and have the ability to drive company-wide adoption of newly implemented systems
• Can work with teams across the company to understand tracking / reporting needs and create effective solutions
• Demonstrate professional maturity and seek incremental feedback from key stakeholders to drive a more excellent result
What were looking for:
• This person will have 1-6 years of experience in core sales operations work
• Have prior experience creating sales contracts (understand terms of strategic sales and complex transaction structures)
• You will need to be a self-starter, ambitious and reliable that can also work collaboratively with key stakeholders in
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to run structured meetings.
• Willingness and ability to adapt the rapid and business and organizational changes at a high growth startup
• Experience in the following but not required Google suite, Salesforce, SmartSheets, Tableau, etc.
• Analytical, strategic or conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills
• Detail oriented and well organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
