Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role that requires a deep understanding of the education industry, student counselling, and proven track record in sales management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead management and conversion while achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our student base and market presence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and educational partners.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
- Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up to maximize student satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
• Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building skills
• Experience in sales strategy development and execution
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Forecasting abilities
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our student base
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of the education industry or coaching institutes is a plus
