Job Description
You will play a crucial role in the sales process and collaborate with our portfolio of technology products and services that help save lives by detecting and combating global counterfeit goods and services.
You will be part of a fantastic team of talented techno commercial experts, engineers, solution architects, product developers, commercial, operations, and delivery professionals who are all passionate about what they do
• Will have sales planning responsibility for achieving the agreed company sales for regional and segment revenue targets.
• Drive sales regional and vertical market revenue performance vs sale targets to ensure revenue delivery across all regions and vertical markets
• Engage with sales colleagues including pre sales solution architects to ensure alignment and drive in same sales & commercial direction
• Oversee sales performance management framework including dashboards, scorecards, reporting, etc.
• Support the the sales budget process with sales line Management, CBO and Finance
• Act as sales HQ entry point with Finance and Marketing teams
• Responsible for internal and external communication of quarterly campaigns and updates to global sales teams and stakeholders via email, sales materials, intranet, news letters, etc.
RequirementsMBA / Engineering / Degree in Quantitative (STEM) , economics, finance, Mathematics
5-7 years of experience in experienced in result sales planning with leadership potential & ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
The ideal candidate should have commercial front-line and or sales, marketing or financial planning experience.
Excellent expertise in complex Excel modeling and superb PowerPoint expertise is a must!
Expert level knowledge of Zoho and CRM Systems
Excellent oral and written communications skills
