Job Description
The Data Centre Executive will serve as the central coordinator for task allocation and lead management across various sales verticals, including all the Sales teams. The role involves overseeing CRM-based task scheduling, tracking task completion, and ensuring seamless data flow across teams for effective enquiry conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate tasks to SEs (revival calls, follow-ups, fresh leads, scheduled visits) using the CRM system.
Monitor task completion and auto-rescheduling of pending tasks for the next working day.
Maintain and update a comprehensive performance dashboard showing:
Completed Tasks
Open Tasks
Unsuccessful Tasks
Route enquiries generated by the Call Centre to relevant teams.
Monitor CRM for incoming leads and ensure appropriate status updates.
Set location-wise dates for field visits in coordination with teams.
Plan and manage follow-up cycles (e.g., revisit after 3 months if no enquiry).
Handle people mapping and coordination between Call Centre, Market Teams, and respective team leads.
Ensure all planned and completed activities are updated and tracked via CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales Coordination, CRM Management, or Data Operations.
Strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance metrics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
