Job Description: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the companys products or services. Assist with technical aspects of the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and creating technical proposals. Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and design comprehensive IT/Edtech solutions. Preparing technical proposals, including scope of work, cost estimation, and project timelines. Present and explain solution architectures to customers, addressing technical questions and concerns. Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and identify how the company's products or services can address those challenges. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's products and engage with potential customers. Negotiate contracts and pricing... with customers, ensuring profitable engagements for the company. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, showcasing how the company's EdTech /IT solutions can enhance learning outcomes. Assist in reviewing technical proposals, presentations, and pricing models for EdTech /IT solutions. Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the EdTech /IT industry, targeting educational institutions, training providers, and e-learning platforms. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector, including school principals, university administrators, and government officials. Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the same industry. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex products and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
