Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Proposed Job Level: -F
Function: UI/UX Designer
Location: India
Business Unit: Marketing/Growth Office
Tentative DOJ: May 2026
Purpose of the Job
This position will play a key role in designing UI/UX aspects in conjunction with Pre-Sales business and technology marketing spocs
Key Responsibilities
The successful individual will work within the Growth Marketing office to design
1. Understanding user experience and needs.
2. Design assets like logos, images, banners, slides etc as per user requirements
3. Responsible for applying interactive and visual design principles on websites, presentations, social media posts and other web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience
4. Collaborate with the development teams to design user-centered UI/UX designs for interactive media
5. Coordinate with development teams on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
6. Use tools like figma, adobe xd etc to create working prototypes/wireframes
7. Develop mockups for our development and design team
Key competencies
Functional:
1. At least 5 years experience in UI/UX design of websites, landing pages, banners, logos and images.
Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Proficient in industry-standard design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Design or any other relevant qualification
Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator
Excellent PC skills required
Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses
Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Html, CSS
Behavioral:
