Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Quality Analyst (Quality Auditor for Sales Process). The primary responsibilities include conducting quality audits of sales calls, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality standards, analyzing sales processes, and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires preparing reports, providing feedback, and working closely with the sales team to enhance performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Quality Analyst will also contribute to training and development initiatives for the team to ensure consistent quality.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing sales processes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for providing effective feedback and collaborating with team members
• Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment and contribute to team‑based learning
• Relevant experience in quality auditing or sales process management is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
