Role in nutshell:
Join our team as a Sales Recruiter on a contract basis, where you'll take full ownership of the recruitment process for our dynamic Sales function. From identifying top talent to ensuring successful onboarding, you'll play a critical role in shaping our sales teams across various levels and specialities
Desired experience:
• Up to 2 years of experience in Sales recruitment
• Proficiency in outbound sourcing, with a strong ability to find and connect with talent beyond just incoming applications
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for pitching opportunities and building relationships
What will you do?
• Partner with hiring manager to understand hiring needs
• Actively source and engage with potential candidates, especially via LinkedIn
• Present opportunities to candidates, evaluate their suitability and manage them through the interview process
• Handle compensation discussions and facilitate a smooth candidate experience from start to finish
• Recruit across a wide spectrum of roles, including Business Development, Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success, Renewals, Program Manager, and Sales Enablement
