The Sales & Relationship Manager supports the administration, reporting of our customer accounts within the SCT Logistics business. This role focuses on providing high-quality support the sales team, assisting with reporting, data entry, and client communications to ensure service outcomes are meet and exceeded.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the New Business & Sales Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing client accounts in the transportation and logistics industry.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their transportation needs and challenges.
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling or introducing additional logistics solutions.
Prepare regular reports on account activity, transportation metrics, and customer satisfaction.
Assist in the creation and distribution of service and performance reports
Supporting the sales team in all administrative tasks
Maintain report templates and documentation standards
Respond promptly to client enquiries
Collaborate across teams to solve issues affecting service or billing

Solid experience in a Sales and Account Management role within the transport or logistics industry
Exposure to reporting functions
Strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
