Job Title: Sales Relationship Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, online platforms, etc.)
•Understand client requirements and provide suitable property or product options.
•Conduct site visits / client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
•Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

•Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
