Litguide is an education platform designed to help Ontario schools support students in passing the OSSLT. We work directly with schools and educators, providing structured literacy tools that are already being used across Ontario.
We’re expanding and looking for a confident, English-fluent appointment setter with software or B2B sales experience to help us book meetings with Ontario schools.
The Role
This is a commission-based appointment setting role focused on contacting schools across Ontario and booking qualified appointments for Litguide demos.
You will not need to create decks, pitch materials, or scripts. We provide all sales decks, talking points, email templates, and tools. Your only focus is booking qualified school appointments.
Compensation
$200 commission per school onboarded
Schools are $1,250 per year
Equivalent to approximately 16% commission per closed school
No cap on earnings
What You’ll Do
Reach out to Ontario schools via email, phone, LinkedIn, or other outreach methods
Book qualified appointments with school decision-makers
Coordinate booked meetings with the Litguide team
Track outreach and booked appointments at a basic level
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English, written and spoken
Experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or B2B appointment setting
Comfortable speaking with school administrators and educators
Self-motivated, organized, and commission-driven
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience selling to schools or within the education sector
Previous SDR or appointment-setting experience
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach
