About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive who can make 100+ cold calls per day to Indian exporters and book product demos for our Export-Import Data SaaS platform.
This is a performance-driven role — if you are confident, consistent, and comfortable handling B2B conversations, you will grow rapidly with us.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–150 outbound calls/day to Indian exporters & manufacturers
Generate interest and book a minimum of 2 product demos per day
Maintain accurate call logs and daily reporting
Follow calling scripts and handle objections effectively
Follow up on warm leads
Attend weekly performance review meetings
Work independently with focus and discipline
Requirements
Mandatory: Prior experience in Telecalling / BPO / Lead Generation / Sales
Strong communication skills in Hindi + basic English
Confident voice, clear pitch, positive attitude
Ability to manage professional B2B conversations
A smartphone + stable internet connection
Must be able to join immediately
Performance Expectations
Book 2 demos per day (10 per week)
Achieve weekly & monthly targets
Maintain consistent daily call numbers
Be a fast learner with strong discipline
