Job Summary:
Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Optavise *
Optavise is hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will help employees understand and enroll in supplemental health and life insurance benefits offered through their workplace. No prior insurance experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities:
Educate employees on available supplemental insurance options
Conduct one-on-one and group benefit enrollments (onsite or virtual)
Assist individuals with selecting coverage that complements existing medical plans
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Manage and grow an assigned book of business
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and receive coaching
Self-motivated and reliable
Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups
Sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
