Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while promoting company products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, visits, and online channels
Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions (CRM)
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
