Urgent Requirement for Associate Manager Sales / Assistant Manager Sales.
Company Name – Sanjay Ghodawat Realty

Job Profile – Associate Manager / Assistant Manager Sales
Location – Mumbai (Goregaon-West)

Job Description –
1. To attend telephonic calls & walking customers.
2.Imparting correct information to the customer regarding projects.
3. Deal with the customer from booking to the possession of the flat.
4. Negotiating & finalizing deals.
5. To guide customer in terms of Loans, bank facilities.
6. For Sales Exes at site, looking after building maintenance.
7. Achieve company booking targets.
8. Maintaining database.
+. Co-ordination of HO & Site executive in terms of data / report / follow up
10. Coordination with Customers /Team Members & respective HOD
People reporting to this position
Qualifications & Experience -
Any Graduate.Post-Graduation in Sales will be added advantage
With 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge & Skills -
1. Knowledge of Sales system.
2. Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
3. Leadership & Presentation Skills
4. Problem Solving & Negotiation skills
Designation & Compensation ()
1.The designation proposed is at the level of sales manager.
2. This will depend on the level and depth of experience of the incumbent.
3. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill and value addition the incumbent brings with.
CTC p.a.
As per Industry Norms and depend upon ability.
