What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic competition engagement specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for building strong relationships, and a passion for the architecture and design industries. In this role, you'll engage with our existing customer base, onboard new customers, pitch our competitions to potential sponsors and media partners, and strive to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Participant Acquisition and Management:
Source potential participants from online and offline networks within the architecture and design community.
Maintain a database of potential and current participants on the internal templates of the organization.
2. Sponsor Acquisition
Prepare for meetings with potential sponsors by researching the target company.
Conduct effective meetings with potential sponsors to understand their marketing needs, position Archdais as the best choice, and generate sponsorship agreements.
3. Sales Proposals
Create presentations based on sponsor requirements.
Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals.
4. Sales Conversion:
Negotiate win-win sponsorship deals while maintaining the profitability index as per management guidelines.
5. Client Co-ordination
Write professional emails to record all discussions with sponsors and participants.
Serve as the interface between the sponsor, participants, and the operations team from the start of the competition to its completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales or related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the architecture and design industry is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Skills Required:

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other common office software.
