You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, educating customers about solar solutions, and closing deals while working closely with installers across Australia. Key Responsibilities: 1.Engage with Australian customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email 2.Convert qualified leads into solar system sales 3.Explain solar solutions such as panels, inverters, and batteries in a clear and simple way 4.Prepare and present quotations based on customer requirements 5.Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline 6.Coordinate with installation partners and internal teams 7.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs 8.Maintain CRM and sales reports Requirements: 1. Experience in solar sales, energy sales, or tele-sales preferred 2. Strong English communication skills 3. Ability to work in Australian time zones 4.Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided) 5.Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality 6. Experience with CRM tools is a plus Preferred Knowledge: 1.Understanding of Australian solar market including rebates, STCs, and net metering 2.Familiarity with brands like Trina, Jinko, Fronius, Sungrow, Tesla Powerwall 3.Experience handling Australian clients What We Offer: 1.
