What You'll Be Doing
Your new role will see you creating a personal and remarkable experience for every customer that walks through our doors, helping them to find suitable products for their home. We are looking to hire a Part time or Casual Sales Consultant to join our new furniture showroom in Alexandria. You would need to have experience in retail, sales, customer service or design.
Your contribution will include:
· Inspiring our customers with your knowledge of our products, tailoring your service to bring their design ideas to life. Exceeding your sales targets through creative selling, teamwork, following up on customer quotes and upselling.
· Visiting customers in their homes as our in-house Interior Decorator to capitalise on sales opportunities. Assisting with other duties around the store, such as visual merchandising, processing customer orders and ticketing.
