We’re growing and hiring Sales Representatives. Sales experience is helpful but not required — we provide paid training.
What You’ll Earn
Base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
Most new reps earn $55,000–$85,000 in their first year
Top performers exceed $100,000 annually
What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners and business owners to recommend security and smart home solutions
Follow up on company-provided leads while building referrals and new opportunities
Manage customer accounts and maintain your sales pipeline
Track activity and work toward sales goals
No door-to-door sales required.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to obtain an Alaska guard license (includes fingerprinting)
Schedule
Full-time
Primarily daytime hours with occasional evenings or weekends
