About the Role
We’re looking for a results-oriented and people-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of DC to potential clients—connecting with businesses, understanding their pain points, and showing them how our digital solutions can help them grow.
This role is perfect for someone who loves making connections, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work with a passionate team on projects that make a difference. This is a full-time role offering excellent career development opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Meet with prospective clients (online or in person) to understand their needs and pitch relevant digital marketing and development services
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to tailor proposals and solutions for each client
Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the project team
Attend industry events, expos, and networking functions to promote DC and build connections
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, service improvements, and emerging trends
Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
About You
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition—ideally in a digital agency or tech environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, etc.) and/or web development solutions
Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Confident, persuasive, and great at building trust with clients
Ability to manage your own pipeline and prioritise leads effectively
A driven and competitive nature, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
