This position entails proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and partners, comprehensively grasping their unique demands, and customizing the company products to align with their needs
Moreover, this role focuses significantly on fielding collaborations between businesses, organizations, and schools
The role involves assuming leadership of the Sales Representative and engaging with organizations, business, schools, sports teams, and charitable organizations for their custom company orders
Initiating contact with corporations, organizations, schools, sports teams, etc., to facilitate the creation of custom apparel
Ensure compliance with all necessary licensing requirements
Collaborating with company graphic designers to develop the custom designs
Manage all orders with the manufacturers, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery
Distribute goods to organizers and manage payment collections
