Job Title: Marketing Officer / Marketer

Role Overview
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in designing and executing the organization’s overall marketing and growth strategy. This position demands strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong ownership. You will work closely with leadership to build brand visibility, drive outreach, and position our initiatives across digital, on-ground, and partnership-based channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for organizational projects and programs
Build and manage brand presence across digital and offline platforms
Coordinate with design, content, and social media teams to execute campaigns
Drive outreach, visibility, and engagement for national-level initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights
Support partnerships, collaborations, and outreach initiatives
Represent the organization at events, meetings, and collaborations when required
What We Offer
Officially documented role as part of the core founding team
Deferred stipend, paid cumulatively after 6 months (defined in a legal agreement prior to onboarding)
Fooding and reimbursements for official travel and work-related expenses
Strong potential for long-term leadership, equity-based, or salaried roles post probation

Willingness to Travel: 100% (required)

Important Note
This is a salary-based role with deferred payment after 2 months.
All roles, responsibilities, timelines, and payout structures will be clearly defined in a legally binding agreement before onboarding.
