Job Summary
We’re hiring full-time Sales Representatives to join our tight-knit, high-performing team selling officially endorsed NASCAR products and services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and excited about the opportunities it can create—personally, professionally, and financially.
Represent the NASCAR brand at local and out-of-town events, engage directly with customers, and be part of a team that values culture, accountability, and long-term growth. Reps work daily in fast-paced, high-energy environments where results are recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell NASCAR products and services at live events
Create engaging customer experiences and build product knowledge
Set up and maintain merchandising displays and mobile booths
Track sales performance and contribute to daily team goals
Travel as needed to events (with accommodations and travel costs covered)
Participate in continuous training and development sessions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Availability to work daily, including weekends and travel days
High level of personal motivation and dependability
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments
