To push for aggressive growth, we are looking to add a Sales Representative in our team to generate new leads and close new sales. This is a commission-based contract position for 1-year with no salary to start with. The salary will get added to the commission after 3 months based on the performance. Thereafter, salary will be reviewed after every 3 months.

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Rep’s goal will be to generate leads and close new and repeat sales for RefineM’s products, services and trainings. He/she will be responsible for contacting potential customers, talking to them about company’s products & services and closing the sales. He/she may perform various sales activities that include but not limited to the following.

1. Find potential customer and contact them to initiate the sales process.

2. Talk about RefineM’s product and services with the leads

3. Understand their needs by examining their situation and problems.

4. Set up meetings for RefineM’s managers to meet the potential customer.

5. Work closely with RefineM’s managers to create a proposal that addresses customer’s needs.

6. Negotiate and close the sales.

Qualifications and Skills needed to perform the job

The person should have following qualifications and skills to perform this job

1. Qualifications - should have a graduate degree with a GPA of 3.5 or above

2. Work Experience – should have 2 or more years of experience in the job areas listed above, experience in selling to software/IT and healthcare companies will be an added advantage.

3. Technology savvy - should be competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook etc.), Word Press, and other common software applications.

4. English language skills - should have good written and verbal English language skills

5. Interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills – This job requires candidate to have excellent inter personal, communication and negotiating skills.

6. Self-starter - should be able to take initiative and perform his/her job fairly independently after the job has been explained.

This is a one-year remote contract opportunity with a high possibility for future extensions, as well as leading to a full-time position. The person could live anywhere but should be willing to work in US EST time zone. It is a commission-based job to start with; the compensation will be based on the candidate’s sales performance.

The candidate should have authorization to work in the USA without needing a visa sponsorship either now or in the future.
