Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual with exceptional sales acumen and an understanding of Talent & HR BPO solutions.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Talent & HR BPO sales, preferably in the consulting industry, and a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets
You must be comfortable working in a client-facing environment and have the ability to build relationships and influence clients
You should have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an eye for detail
