Part-time or Casual Position - Approx. 30 hours per week

Established in 2007 as a national pet care marketplace, in 2021 we launched our very own pet insurance product and we are looking to grow our sales and service team in this division.

This is an incentive-based sales position requiring a strong level of autonomy and the ability to sell and manage new dog and cat insurance policies in a professional, compliant and customer-focussed manner.

The role is a combination of inbound and outbound tele-sales selling, answering questions and assisting prospective customers from all over Australia.

Essential

One year sales or customer service experience

Willing to work to monthly targets

A love of animals

Strong inter-personal skills

Excellent written & spoken English

Advantageous

Retail Experience

Insurance sales experience

ANZIIF Certification

Inbound/Outbound tele-sales experience

The successful candidate can work remotely however will be required to work from our offices 1 to 2 days per week.
