Kolhapur based trading firm with a rich history in Marking and Coding systems is looking for Sales and Service Engineer at Pune Location (Hybrid Work).
Industry: Industrial printers for variable data printing in Food, Pharma, Automobiles, Beverages, Breweries, Metal, Extrusion, etc.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electricals
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Salary: Depending upon candidate's potential (24 to 30k)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle both sales and service aspects of the business
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers in various industries
3. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
5. Conduct sales visits and product demonstrations
6. Prepare and send reports and expenses from home
7. Collaborate with the Pune Branch Head and provide regular updates
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electricals
2. Passion for sales and service
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
5. Self-motivated and result-oriented
6. Willingness to travel for sales visits
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
