Profile Requirement:
● Effective verbal and written communication
● Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi
● Proficient in managing customer issues with a calm approach
● Prior experience in customer support and hardware troubleshooting, minimum 2 years.
● Background in technical education preferred
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Get a thorough understanding of Vendekin’s solution (hardware and software)
● Provide customer support through phone calls, emails and messaging
● On-field activities including but not limited to installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of vending machines
● Be the key point of contact for regional customers
● Providing key insights to the product team for continuous improvement
● Ensuring clients are successful using Vendekin’s technology
● Continuous engagement with clients to generate more business for the company
● Arranging product demos for prospects to help the sales team
