Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. The position is located in Pune.
Key Responsibilities.
• Installation and Commissioning of Equipments with necessary documentation
• Attending troubleshooting, service, warranty claim calls and maintaining all records
• suggestion of necessary spares parts to customers
• Maintaining records of all equipment on field.
• Maintaining spares stock levels as per client requirement
Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Field service and maintenance & repair experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
