Full Job Description
We are looking for dynamic & dedicated Sales & Service Executive at PAN India Level. As a Sales & Service Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and provide exceptional service to customers. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, promoting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales:Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Identify customer needs and present suitable product or service solutions.
Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory or market segment.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage leads and prospects.
Provide excellent customer service:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Provide product information, pricing details, and after-sales support.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any customer complaints or issues.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations:Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Conduct presentations and product training sessions for clients and end-users.
Explain technical specifications and answer customer questions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams:Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide feedback and market intelligence to improve products and services.
Work closely with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors:Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Gather market intelligence and provide input for sales and marketing strategies.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience),
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a Medical equipment sector.(Freshers can also apply)
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
