We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets.
Job description :
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• End-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, giving demos, sending proposals to closing the deals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Focus on increasing the business by meeting various sales targets and estimating sales targets.
• To be an interface between the client and internal support teams to ensure that the client receives the best possible service from the company.
Candidate Profile :
• Strong communication skills are accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with client.
• Should be able to take initiatives & work on their own to achieve targets.
• Negotiation & analytical skills.
• Kannada, English, and Hindi Communication Skills are mandatory.
• Knowledge of ERP Software sales
• A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required.
• Min 1 Year of experience in sales-related activities
