- Provide on time service support to customer.
- Attend and resolve the service complaints
- Follow up Service Calls
- Online Service Support with customer through phone to resolve the problem.
- New Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Giving Training to Customer.
- Forward the Installation & Service report copy to respective department.
- Attend New Machine Enquiry.
- Payment follow up.
- Forward Customer Enquiry to HO.
- Customer Query Follow up.
- Visit Customer end for machine discussion
