This is a Sales Specialist role, reporting to Team Lead in Motion division located in Jaipur. To grow the business in untapped segments in Udaipur territory with cluster Faridabad and bring a business of 25 MINR for Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUs.Your responsibilities
• Achieve the sales target of completely new business of 25 MINR for Drive Products (VFD / PLC / Servo Products).
• To Primary focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.
• Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB.
• Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.
• Develop new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster.
• Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.
• Prepare business plan for each focused market focused on activity.
• Drive business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI's with proper business planning & intime support.
• Continuously gain knowledge on new applications to present ABB product advantages better.
• Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition.
• Work closely with the CP/OEM/SI's and share success stories.
• Sell with proper product positioning.
• Full commitment to meet the budget numbers.
• Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.
• Interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI's sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery.
Your background
• BE/ BTech, Diploma 3 to 10 Years' experience.
• Good knowledge on the PLC / VFD / Servo Distribution Market
• Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation is preferred
• Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly demanding CP/OEM /SI/EU expecting support on all aspects.
• Consisting meeting of quarterly targets.
• Meeting 30-35 customers per month.
